Since 2013, Columbus-based jam band Electric Orange Peel has blasted its way into the Ohio music scene. The 4-piece band, made up of Austin Crumrine, Ryan Bertani, Marko Manastyrskyj and Dylan Aughe, uses intricate compositions inspired by genres ranging from jazz/classical to funk/rock and everything in between to produce a very unique sound. With all members writing the songs, Electric Orange Peel touts an extensive list of original material, which they play live using free form improvisation. That means no set lists, just on-the-spot improvised jams, providing the audience with a fresh, imaginative performance at every show. They’ve shared the stage with acts such as Tauk, Aqueous, Moon Hooch, Consider the Source and more and have played at various festivals including Summer Camp, The Werk Out, Paradise and Family Roots.
